It is important to follow your providers post-treatment instructions to reduce infection, migration of the filler, and to produce the best results. Some activities to avoid are as follows but not limited to:

• Limit alcohol for a few days prior to and after your injection.
• Try to avoid blook thinners such as aspirin, Aleve, Advil and fish oils for a week or so prior to your treatment if possible.
• Strenuous exercising or activity for 24-48 hours
• Laser, Microneedling, Peels, or other treatments/devices that may move or dislodge the product placement. If you are unsure speak with your provider about specific treatments, you routinely get to ensure best results
• Excess sun exposure without the use of sunscreen or other protectants
• Scratching/massaging/touching or applying make-up and skin product at or around the injection site immediately after injections.
